Brrrrrrrrr! Baby, it’s cold outside!

They’re cheap at thrift stores and take up waaaay less space than tablecloths.
Mostly they’re wooly, but I don’t mind if they’re mohair or fine Japanese acrylic. I love them for the color they add to my mostly monochrome wardrobe. I don’t care the least little bit that they were originally made for men. Why should that matter?
Best of all, they’re fun to mix and mis-match. Here’s one with my plaid Pendleton 49er (new-ish) and PF Flyers.
Nothing like a zip of color on a winter day! What are you wearing for the fun of it?
I’m wearing merino long johns, which are wicked warm, as they say in Maine. But that’s just for practical, because it’s that chilly in the house. For fun, I’ve got my Three Stooges bottlecap earrings. 🙂
I’m wrapped in a wool Granny square afghan and making a pot of soup! The furnace runs and runs but I’m thankful that it does!
P.S. Just saw that Pendleton has two colors of 49ers on sale!
Yes, they’re tempting!!
There’s a Pendleton Outlet store in Lahaska! We’ll have to take a look next time you’re here as a change from thrift shopping.
