More great new finds we’re packing

Want to own a British castle or two?

Want to own a British castle or two? These little Johnson Bros. dishes are Norris Castle and Haddon Hall.

Today’s our final set-up day for the Vintage Bazaar.

With any luck, our giant tent won’t have blown away in last night’s wind!

Here are a few more awesome things I’m bringing.

A sweet quartersawn oak side table with the Union flag painted on top.

You can’t see the speckles in the oak here, but they’re very pretty. Too pretty to paint over.

And since Scotland voted yesterday to stay, this table is not instantly obsolete! Here’s hoping some grateful ex-pat will love it and buy it.

How about three of the largest wooden furniture casters I have ever seen? They’re a whopping four inches in diameter! And the cast iron shanks are killer. Somebody needs to design an amazing piece of furniture around these.

I threw in a hotel china teapot so you could enjoy a cuppa while you figure out what to do with those awesome casters.

A large painted oval tray with great colors, and a retro jadeite glass display hand.

Janeray will try to beg, borrow, or steal both of these things.

And manly bar stuff for the manly guys who are coming for Sunday’s vintage motorcycle show.

Italian-made midcentury aluminum ice bucket with a lucite knob and handle, plus a never-used “Mr. Bartender” dispenser.

It’s carefree! That’s a deal-maker right there.

Although I think it strongly resembles a Dalek, so use caution,

Danger, Will Robinson, danger! Er. no, wrong sci-fi series, sorry!
